Jazz pianist Francesco Crosara joins renowned Seattle guitarist Milo Petersen for an intimate evening of improvisation and musical conversation at North City Bistro on September 17. Their duet performance, Jazz Duet, highlights the nuance and spontaneity of the piano, guitar format, an open, expressive setting where melody, harmony, and interplay take center stage.
This special collaboration brings together two artists known for their deep musical sensitivity, lyrical phrasing, and spontaneous creativity. Performing without a rhythm section, Crosara and Petersen will explore the full expressive range of the piano, guitar duo format, stretching out harmonically, trading ideas in real time, and reimagining standards alongside original compositions.
