Cherrie Adams and the Forman-Finley Band, a jazz sextet, started playing together in 2014. They have been playing a variety of club dates, concerts, Jazz festivals, and private events, consistently drawing large, appreciative crowds. In 2015 the band recorded the CD “Only Trust Your Heart”.
Cherrie’s warm, pure tone and understated, conversational style combined with her deep connection with the music, all contribute to her compelling, authentic style. The band, with Steve Forman-Guitar, Paul Finley-piano, Rick Leppanen-bass (Pearl Django), Clif Swiggett-trombone, and Jeff Busch-drums (Entremundos, Duende Libre), help each song find fresh and often surprising moments through their arrangements of both jazz standards and original music.
Please note: Ticket prices go directly to the talented musicians performing. There is also a $20 per person food and beverage minimum during ticketed shows—this helps us support our amazing staff and continue bringing incredible live music to the Bistro.
