Seating is reserved for guests joining us for the full dinner and show experience. Our regular dinner menu and show-only seating will not be available.

To Begin | Warm Macrina Bread
Warm Macrina bread with whipped honey brown butter.

First Course | Roasted Tomato Bisque & Mini Grilled Cheese
Creamy roasted tomato soup with a golden, buttery mini grilled cheese.

Second Course | Roasted Pear & Winter Greens
Roasted pears, winter greens, whipped goat cheese, candied walnuts, and champagne vinaigrette.

Third Course | Golden Parmesan Gnocchi
Soft Parmesan gnocchi with brown butter and crispy sage.

Main Course | Red Wine Braised Beef
Tender, slow-cooked beef with crisp layered potatoes, honey-roasted carrots, and a rich red wine sauce.

Dessert | Midnight Chocolate & Passion Fruit
A silky chocolate dessert with passion fruit coulis and crunchy Biscoff cookie crumble.

At 9 PM, we'll raise a complimentary glass of house bubbles to celebrate the New York New Year!

Booking reminder: $50 is paid online to reserve your seat, and $75 for dinner is paid at the Bistro. Total $125 per person, plus applicable tax, gratuity, and any additional purchases.
