Brother John and the Surrogates is a music collaborative that presents original material and interpretations of the music of Tom Waits. At the 8/12 North City Bistro show, BJS will serve up a theatrical performance that digs deep into the Waits catalog, revealing its lyrical and compositional mastery through the decades. Attendees are encouraged to bring a friend to lean on, another to laugh with, a cup to cry in, and a therapist to help make sense of it all!
